    • Your project will be removed from the IWBI WELL Project Directory

    • You must immediately cease using the WELL Certified™ status in all marketing and communications

    • The WELL Certification plaque must be removed from your building

    • All WELL-related marks, logos, and promotional materials must be discontinued

    • You will no longer be able to claim occupancy in a WELL Certified building for ESG reporting

    • You would need to undergo the full initial certification process rather than the streamlined recertification if you decide to pursue WELL Certification again in the future
